Users of the network instrumental systems (NISs) to optimize narrow classes of discrete processes for various purposes may be not only individual ones, for which it is proposed to create mass network services (see prev. page of the website), but also corporate, i.e. group ones. As the latter may act industrial enterprises, various organizations and government agencies. For example, consumers of services, provided by MNIS GAO 2.2 on optimizing network planning, may be design institutes, and of services, provided by MNIS MBO 1.0 on optimizing a budget of Ministry, — ministries and departments.

For corporate users access to NISs through a dealer network to provide mass network services will not be effective for three reasons. Firstly, a corporate user (some company) implies the existence of not one but a whole group of actual users (employees of the company), for each of them it is desirable to have direct access to his automated work place (AWP) of a specific NIS. Secondly, for a group of users is needed to allocate the total amount of advance payment for network calculations, but not individual amounts for each user, as provided for in the mass network services. Thirdly, the corporate user needs to have confidence that his calculations will be carried out without undue delay that can occur when you accidentally overload the network processing center (NPC) by a large number of requests from independent users.

Given the above, it is proposed for corporate users to create not mass, but local networking services on solving tasks to optimize control of DTIPs for various purposes. These services can be implemented using the same system software, which is designed to organize the mass network services of this purpose, requiring only a small modification.

The main differences between the local network services from the mass ones are as follows:

·           access of local users to such service ican be carried out in two ways: either through the local network or through the website of an enterprise (organization, institution), rather than through a specialized commercial website for providing such services;

·           the local network (or the website) of an enterprise should contain a list of local users (with their requisites) which have access to the service; the same list will be on the server of this service that hosts NPC;

·           as an imaginary dealer here acts this enterprise;

·          NPC is proposed to place on a virtual server, access to which will have the service owner;

·           selection of technical parameters of resources of the server, as well as the possibility of its use by third-party enterprises, is made by this company;

·           the amount of payment by the enterprise of this service consists of two parts: 1) the cost of renting this virtual server, and 2) the cost of performed calculations by transferring to the service owner of the total amount of prepayment for performing calculations by local users (employees of the company).
