The main contributions to the subject of IT AC DTIP (further — Technology) is as follows:

•    he first put forward the idea of creating Technology and proposed way of its practical implementation [7];

•    he created the scientific and practical bases of Technology [6];

•    he elaborated one direction of application of Technology related to the effectiveness of investments [2];

•    he developed nine multilingual local and network instrumentation systems ((MLlSs and MNISs) on optimizing control of DTIPs for various purposes, which allow for ordinary and network users to operatively solve such tasks in any languages convenient for them in the following application areas: 1) budgeting of a Ministry; 2) network planning; 3) standard investments; 4) expenses; 5) investment in housing; 6) investment in real estate; 7) online shopping; 8) transportation; 9) delivery of a passenger by public transport;

•    he created the bilingual Universal Processing Center of  nine above-mentioned MNISs, which is designed for centralized solution by any users via Internet or on a local network of the tasks on optimizing control of discrete processes for various purposes;

•    he developed two multilingual programs on optimizing remote and ordinary orders of customers in a restaurant;

•    he suggested a concept of Technology promotion before and after the establishment of a production company for its implementation to life;

•    he developed a training course on the basics of Technology and for the first time has read it in Gorlovka Regional Institute of the University "Ukraine" [15];

•    he suggested a concept of training of practical specialists on the subject of Technology.
